CLUB SANDALS SUPERVISOR Job Summary: The club sandals (concierge) supervisor is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and maintaining departmental goals to ensure team members create an exceptional guest experience.

Tending to guest queries quickly, efficiently and courteously Ensuring service excellence is consistently practiced Inspecting guest rooms in partnership with the Housekeeping department to ensure acceptable standards are maintained Developing the annual budget for the department Conducting technical skills and customer service training with team members Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Business Management or equivalent Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position Computer literate with computer applications and software i.
