Coordinator, Employee Experience (NFL Game Day & Concerts) Status: Part-Time, Seasonal

The Employee Experience Coordinator supports the Insignia team member experience by fostering engagement, promoting the Top Flight spirit, and creating a positive event-day atmosphere. Working closely with the People Operations team, this role helps execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives while connecting with team members throughout events.

Responsibilities include

providing snacks and beverages, sharing Top Flight program information, distributing lunches, game-day items, and recognition prizes, and serving as a visible, supportive presence across parking lots on event days. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for team members.
