Senior AI Architect

About Us

AltaML is an applied artificial intelligence company, building and deploying solutions for organizations where the problems are real and the stakes are high, across public sector, construction, energy, and finance. We believe in making small bets, failing fast, and being better together. We are on the lookout for creative problem-solvers, out-of-the-box thinkers who strive to solve big problems alongside clients, and early tech adopters driven to achieve success.

We don't hire for fit; we hire to add. We are looking for people who play by our core values of being: Agile, Gritty, Humble, and Happy. If you're passionate about AI/ML, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to work with a diverse team of wickedly smart people, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Senior AI Architect, you are a principal-level technical and strategic leader responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling agentic AI solutions in production environments. You will move clients from idea → prototype → production → measurable value. This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. You are accountable for architecting sound, secure, and scalable agentic systems — while ensuring they deliver adoption, ROI, and lifecycle growth.

You will partner closely with industry vertical leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
