SAP MM Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a SAP MM Application Support Analyst to provide functional application support for SAP Materials Management (MM), with a focus on Inventory Management. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving application and system issues to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical SAP solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support for SAP MM, with a primary focus on Inventory Management processes. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP MM application issues and user-reported incidents in a timely manner. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations.

Analyze system behavior, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions to improve application stability. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve application-related concerns. Support SAP integration processes and ensure data accuracy across connected systems. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices.

Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing application support procedures and system management best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency. Work independently while actively participating in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving initiatives.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience supporting SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) applications. Strong expertise in SAP MM Inventory Management . Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control. Experience with SAP integration and data management. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving SAP MM application and system-related issues.

Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
