Bartender

Description Overview: We are looking for a skilled, personable Bartender. The ideal candidate will have strong liquor and cocktail expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating memorable beverage experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails. Ensure responsible alcohol serving practices in accordance with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.

Check identification to verify legal drinking age (must be 21+). Keep track of stock levels and notify management when supplies are low. Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.

Promote specials and new beverage offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender with extensive liquor and cocktail knowledge. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartending or alcohol server certification if required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Passion for providing excellent customer service and a great guest experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Capable of working during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
