Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist position performs technical and confidential administrative work involving a variety of phases of human resource administration. Work includes being the first point of contact for applicants and employees, full life cycle of recruitment for job openings, new hire orientation, creating personnel and medical files, documenting insurance payments, maintaining numerous databases, record retention, and a variety of other human resources related tasks.

Work is performed under the general direction of the Human Resources Director, who establishes the scope of tasks and projects assigned.
