PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Gino J. Merli Veterans' Center | Scranton, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at Gino J. Merli Veterans' Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working with older adults and wants to help care for the veterans who have served our country.

What You'll Do

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall independence Support residents in reaching their individual therapy goals and maintaining their quality of life Build positive relationships with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team Communicate resident progress and changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health What We're Looking For Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program A caring, dependable, and team-oriented approach to patient care Strong communication and documentation skills Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation is helpful, but not required Why Join Benchmark?
