Customer Service Executive (Voice)

Summary We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive (Voice) to join our IT Services team, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the United States and Canada. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your strong communication abilities to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and foster positive long-term relationships with international customers.

This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in service delivery and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound voice calls from US and Canadian clients to provide timely and accurate assistance. Apply effective problem-solving techniques to address customer issues and deliver satisfactory resolutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using appropriate computer systems. Demonstrate active listening skills to fully understand client needs and respond with empathy.

Communicate clearly and professionally in English to ensure seamless interactions with international stakeholders. Uphold high standards of customer service while adhering to company policies and service level agreements.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong aptitude in Customer Relationship Management and general Customer Service. Proficiency in Basic Computer Knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently. Excellent English Communication skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and grammar. Strong Active Listening capabilities to grasp customer concerns quickly and accurately.

Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills to handle complex situations with composure. Prior exposure or willingness to work within an International Voice Process, specifically for the US or Canadian markets. Competitive salary range of ₹3-4.2 LPA based on qualifications and experience.
