Systems Engineer

The Scientific Analysis Operation is seeking a Systems Engineer to support our government customers’ Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) capabilities. MBSE is a rapidly growing field in the Department of Warfare (DoW) and Intelligence Communities.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field Experience applying Systems Engineering principles / approaches to complex problems Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems Experience developing and managing verification and validation (V&V) plans and procedures Ability to support interface management activities, ensuring clear definition, communication, and maintenance of interfaces across engineering teams Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and tools (e.

g., Cameo Systems Modeler, Magic. Draw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect) Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance Required Experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Systems Engineering domain Desired Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering Knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C++, or Python Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems and processes Knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practices Radiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
