Compensation

& Benefits Pay Range: $25-$32/ per hour The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Travel is expected based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Install, program, and commission low-voltage systems including access control, CCTV/IP video, structured cabling, and related technologies Clearly communicate system status, updates, and needs with team members Work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision Set goals, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial low-voltage cabling and installation Willing to train the right applicant Effective communication skills and strong computer proficiency Valid driver’s license and ability to meet background requirements Programming experience preferred Skills & Abilities Strong troubleshooting skills with systematic, timely, and effective problem-solving Proper and safe use of tools and equipment Professional, customer-focused service experience Ability to work independently or within a team Maintain professionalism when facing disruptions or changing priorities Capable of performing tasks safely in commercial environments Physical Demands & Working Conditions This position may require: Driving or riding in a vehicle for extended periods Outdoor work in varying temperatures and weather conditions Frequent use of hands, tools, and equipment Sitting, standing, climbing, talking, hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and performing physical work in challenging field conditions Exposure to typical construction materials and chemicals, requiring safety data sheet knowledge Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
