Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and coordination of construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the overall planning, execution, and management of civil construction and waterproofing projects. Coordinate with site engineers, project executives, contractors, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted project workflows. Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and assist in maintaining budgetary and time constraints.
Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports and submit updates to the Technical Coordinator. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines across all sites. Provide on-ground technical and operational support to site teams and troubleshoot project-related issues. Support in the procurement process and coordination with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, compliance, and quality control.
Requirements
B. Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction or waterproofing projects. Strong project coordination, execution, and quality assurance skills. Proficient in project management tools, progress tracking, and report preparation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
