Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning,execution, and coordination of construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala. Theidealcandidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in the overall planning, execution, and management of civil constructionandwaterproofing projects.  Coordinate with site engineers, project executives, contractors, and vendors toensureuninterrupted project workflows.  Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and assist in maintaining budgetaryandtimeconstraints.

 Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports and submit updates to the. Technical. Coordinator.  Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines across all sites.  Provide on-ground technical and operational support to site teams and troubleshoot project related issues Support in the procurement process and coordination with vendors for timelydeliveryofmaterials and services.

 Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, compliance, and quality control.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).  Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction or waterproofing projects.  Strong project coordination, execution, and quality assurance skills.  Proficient in project management tools, progress tracking, and report preparation.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.  Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Kerala.  Two wheeler & Driving License is mandatory
