Experienced DOT Diesel Mechanic

Responsibilities

Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and air systems Maintain and repair tractor-trailers and related equipment Identify mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently Ensure all work meets DOT safety and compliance requirements Maintain clean and organized work area Qualifications Experience working as a diesel mechanic on trucks and tractor-trailers Knowledge of DOT inspection standards and regulations Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Strong work ethic and reliability Have your own tools (offers potential increase in pay)
