Key Responsibilities

Lead driver safety training and coaching programs Use safety data to coach drivers and improve performance Ensure compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations Monitor HOS/ELD compliance and inspections Investigate accidents and identify prevention strategies Lead safety meetings and promote driver engagement Qualifications 3–5 years of trucking safety, compliance, or driver training experience Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations Experience with ELD systems and fleet telematics preferred Strong communication and leadership skills
