Consultant, Non-FICO

Responsibilities

Develop and execute solution design, blueprint, and proof of concept for SAP Business Warehouse (BWBI) module within the non FICO landscape. Draw on extensive knowledge and experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BWBI) for both private and public sector accounting requirements. Have a strong understanding of Business Warehouse processes during design and development.

Interact with business users to gather requirements, prepare Functional Specifications (FS), and provide timely updates on progress. Prepare comprehensive test plans (Unit Test, System Integration Test, UAT Workshop, and User Acceptance Test) specific to BWBI scenarios. Coordinate with stakeholders and end-users to conduct effective UAT sessions, capture feedback, and refine solutions.

Develop and update training materials, user manuals, and quick-reference guides specific to BWBI processes and AI enhancements.

Requirements

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Required skill(s) : Have strong requirement gathering skills, understanding of SAP standard BWBI functionality and customization capabilities and strong in Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.

Key quality(s) : Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication & interpersonal skills, learning & facilitation skills, and strong analytical skills. Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 3 - 7 years of working experience in SAP consulting, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BWBI) / BW HANA.
