Senior Technical Recruiter Summary We are seeking a driven and accomplished Technical Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our technology and digital divisions. This pivotal role demands exceptional expertise in talent sourcing, robust stakeholder engagement, and a demonstrated history of securing top-tier technical professionals across diverse specializations.

The ideal individual will collaborate closely with hiring leaders to identify, evaluate, and onboard exceptional talent, ensuring a superior candidate journey while consistently achieving recruitment targets. Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Responsibilities Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, managing processes from initial requisition intake through offer acceptance and employee onboarding.

Source and hire for a broad spectrum of technical positions, including Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Data and Cloud Engineers, DevOps Specialists, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Cybersecurity Experts, and AI/ML Engineers. Formulate and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract high-caliber talent and cultivate robust pipelines for both immediate and future staffing needs.

Leverage diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, job boards, and social media to identify candidates. Perform market mapping and in-depth research to locate niche talent and address hard-to-fill vacancies. Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and strategic networking to build a sustainable talent pool.

Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role specifications, prioritize hiring goals, and align on talent acquisition strategies. Provide actionable intelligence regarding market talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels while ensuring seamless communication.

Deliver a positive, frictionless experience for all candidates, conducting initial screenings to evaluate technical, functional, and behavioral suitability. Lead offer negotiations and maintain continuous engagement with candidates throughout the selection process. Ensure precise and prompt data entry within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain compliance with all recruitment policies.

Monitor and report on key hiring metrics, including time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, funnel conversion, and diversity hiring statistics.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred. Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated experience in technical recruitment, specifically within software engineering and technology sectors. Sourcing Proficiency: Proven track record in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates in dynamic, high-volume environments.

Technical Skills: Expertise in utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri, along with advanced Boolean search techniques and GitHub. System Knowledge: Proficiency with major Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday, Success. Factors, Taleo, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite. Core Competencies: Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and recruitment analytics.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, combined with strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving. Preferred Background: Experience recruiting for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), global organizations, or roles in cloud, data, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.

Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and technology market trends is advantageous.
