• Kolkata/ Hyderabad/ Kerala Experience – Staffing Recruiter: 2+ years in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry Freshers Can also Apply Qualification
• Minimum Graduate.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities -

1. Ensure timely manpower deployment as per client SLA.
2. Manage bulk hiring operations & team performance
3. Monitor DOJ vs Target vs Attrition
4. Handle client escalations & workforce challenges
5. Oversee onboarding, attendance & compliance coordination
6. Lead recruiters, TLs & vendor partners Required Skills/Competencies - 1. 2+ years of experience in General Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing
7. Experience handling Manufacturing, Logistics, E-Commerce clients
8. Strong leadership & client management skills
9. Comfortable with MIS, dashboards & performance tracking.
10. Should have their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
