Assist with integration of products using Java, XML, SQL, and the HL7 Standard and FHIR Conduct all system testing, configuration, and verification to hand off to end user/Implementation Team Work with the Support Team to assist with integration issues, guiding them through corrective steps, and escalating issues to the team lead when unresolved Work with the Implementation Managers to deliver interfaces on time for customers Actively investigate customer issues and provide solutions by following troubleshooting guides, accessing knowledge bases, and researching answers Partner with R&D to enhance product features and performance specifications Participate in a weekly rotation for on-call support (average less than 2 calls
