Netsuite QA Engineer

This is a remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented Net. Suite QA Engineer to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of Oracle Net. Suite applications supporting retail, e-commerce, inventory, order management, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Net.

Suite ERP modules, business workflows, customizations, and system integrations. Experience with test automation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for Net. Suite applications and business processes. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of Net. Suite modules and customizations. Validate retail business workflows, including sales orders, order fulfillment, returns, inventory management, purchase orders, invoicing, and financial transactions.

Test integrations between Net. Suite and external systems, including e-commerce platforms, warehouse or fulfillment systems, and other business applications. Validate data accuracy, transaction processing, synchronization, and error handling across integrated systems. Perform testing of Net. Suite configurations, workflows, custom records, saved searches, reports, and role-based access.

Identify, document, track, and retest defects while collaborating with developers, business analysts, and functional consultants. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), release validation, production issue investigation, and regression testing. Maintain test documentation, test data, and QA status reports. Automation Experience – Preferred Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

Ability to identify repetitive test scenarios suitable for automation and contribute to building and maintaining automated regression suites. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured is an advantage. Exposure to automating Net. Suite workflows, Suite. Script-based customizations, or ERP integrations is desirable.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in software QA, with a strong focus on ERP applications and business process testing. Practical experience testing Oracle Net. Suite modules and workflows. Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, order management, inventory, or financial business processes. Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, documenting defects, and performing root-cause analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Net. Suite modules such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Financials. Exposure to Suite. Script, Suite. Flow, Suite. Analytics, saved searches, and Net. Suite customizations. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party system integrations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA management tools such as Jira.

Test automation experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
