Overview

Our hours of operation are M-Th, 830a-5p and Fri, 730a-4p Responsibilities The PAS Associate reports to the Team Leaders or Section Leaders. The PAS Associate is responsible executing all duties for the PAS Patient Statement Process which includes: taking all inbound phone calls from patients, researching patient issues with insurance, collecting unpaid balances from the patients, coordinating the transition of accounts to Medium Collection Vendor, and preparing write-offs to hard collection company.

This position is 100% staff duties.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Prior Experience: 1-2 years minimum of customer service experience Special Qualifications: Superior customer service skills Ability to understand basic medical terminology Acute attention to detail Ability to multitask Additionally Preferred Skills/Experience: Call center and/or medical office experience Experience in high call volume Associate’s degree in business administration or related field CPAR
