Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join a dynamic international team and help identify the right companies and decision-makers, build high-quality prospect lists and support the growth of our clients’ sales efforts.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys research, working with data, finding the right people to connect with and turning information into business opportunities .

What you will do

Research companies, industries and potential customers to identify relevant business opportunities Identify and qualify key decision-makers and contacts within target companies Build, maintain and continuously improve accurate lead databases Collect, verify and enrich lead information using different online sources and business tools Keep CRM records up to date and ensure lead statuses and information are accurately maintained Support outbound lead generation activities and contribute to building a healthy sales pipeline Use research, data and available tools to identify new prospects and improve lead quality Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure leads meet agreed criteria and business needs What we are looking for Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, research, data qualification or a similar role is a plus Strong research and analytical skills with great attention to detail Ability to find relevant information quickly and distinguish between useful and unreliable data Good understanding of companies, decision-makers and basic B2B sales concepts Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and digital research tools Good written and spoken English Organized, proactive and able to manage repetitive tasks without losing accuracy Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes and technologies What we offer The opportunity to work with an international team and global clients Opportunities to grow within the company and take on new responsibilities The chance to build practical experience in B2B lead generation and business development Remote, hybrid or office-based work , depending on the specific project and client requirements Modern offices in central Belgrade for projects that require office-based work Employee referral program with the opportunity to earn additional income Team-building activities and a collaborative working environment You don’t have to know everything from day one.
