Business Development Specialist - Czech language

This is a remote position. ​ Silver Bell Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the automotive tech industry, on a mission to transform the way car dealers buy and sell vehicles across Europe. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support the expansion of their platform in the Czech market and help onboard new partners.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to car dealers in the Czech market Present the clients platform and explain the business model Build relationships and qualify potential clients Guide clients through registration and first use of the platform Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Role focused on outbound sales and client acquisition Direct impact on business growth and market expansion Requirements: Native / C2 level of Czech Strong communication skills, especially over the phone Comfortable with outbound calling Sales mindset and proactive approach Organized and goal-oriented What we offer: Competitive salary Training and onboarding support Opportunity for growth in an international environment Supportive and dynamic team culture
