Reports to: Group Fitness Class-ic Coordinator General Manager Franchise Owner/Operator What We’re Looking For: A certified fitness pro who can command a room and make workouts fun for every fitness level.

Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, “That was amazing!” A team player who loves music, movement, and a little muscle burn.

Requirements

Valid CPR Certification (safety first!) Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred) OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required) The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs depending on locations Your Superpowers (Special Skills): Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels Strong communication & customer service skills Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high What You’ll Do: Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes that get results Keep your certifications fresh and up-to-date Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing Attend team meetings and training's—because the best keep getting better!
