Assistant Legal Officer

Title: ASSISTANT LEGAL OFFICER/ DEBT RECOVERY AGENT Description: A. Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate, debt recovery etc.) B. Collaborate with management to devise efficient strategies C. Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor debts and ensure recovery of same D.

Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations E. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal and debt issues F. Communicate and negotiate with external parties G. Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights H.

Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization I. Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility J. Maintain current knowledge of alterations in laws Requirements The Ideal Candidate must have:

1. Law Degree and must have been called to Bar i.e LLB & B. L
2. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Debt Recovery 3. Gender: male
