Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving budgeted sales goals within the assigned region while ensuring a consistently high level of customer service that exceeds expectations. This role oversees and supports a team of sales representatives who offer a range of water treatment solutions, including water softeners and healthy drinking water systems.

Key responsibilities include

hiring and training new sales team members, conducting regular ride-a longs to provide coaching and performance feedback, and developing marketing strategies to drive lead generation and increase market share. The Regional Sales Manager also creates targeted action plans for sales representatives requiring additional guidance to meet performance standards.
