Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate receives, identifies, labels, and stores incoming products from vendors and production. This role also pulls materials needed for daily production and prepares finished products for customer orders scheduled for shipment.

Key responsibilities include

operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records using software, and helping keep the facility safe, clean, and orderly. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to meet shipping deadlines. Associates must be able to lift and move materials weighing 35 pounds or more, up to 70 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

This position offers a real opportunity to grow with UPC, take on increasing responsibility, and potentially advance into a supervisory role based on performance, skills, and business needs. Facility Equipment & Work Environment The role may involve operating or using: Stand-up and sit-down forklifts & manual pallet jacks A Sky.

Lift, on occasion Metal and plastic banders, semi-automatic shrink wrapper & deck scale Hand tools Education & Experience Knowledge and use of ERP systems preferred High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred Forklift certification preferred Benefits
