This role focuses on identifying high-quality resources, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfillment of requirements. The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert, supports complex sourcing needs, and contributes to process optimization and stakeholder satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sourcing for trainers, vendors, and talent based on client requirements.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and trainers across global markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners. Drive vendor engagement, negotiations, and rate finalization. Ensure timely closure of sourcing requirements while meeting SLAs and quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing efforts. Maintain sourcing pipelines, databases, and reporting dashboards. Analyze sourcing trends, market insights, and vendor performance data. Handle complex and high-priority sourcing mandates independently. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.

Strong experience in handling complex sourcing requirements independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience 4–6 years of experience
