This is a unique nursing opportunity for an RN who enjoys autonomy, relationship-based care, and working at the highest level of their scope of practice.

Our nurses manage their own schedules within the needs of the program, allowing them to organize patient visits geographically and efficiently.

Because patient needs can change, flexibility, strong organization, and time-management skills are important.
