Outpatient Adult Behavioral Health / Social Worker

Position: Outpatient Adult Behavioral Health Therapist / Social Worker (LMSW / LPC / LLP). Employment: Permanent / Direct Hire. Schedule: Days with flexible hours. Hours: 37.5 hours guaranteed per week. Setting: Outpatient Community Mental Health.

Responsibilities

Intake assessments, individual and group therapy, person-centered treatment planning, care coordination, and discharge planning.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. Licensure: Active state license required at submission — LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP. Experience: Minimum 1 year working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness; fieldwork or internship hours accepted. Additional Requirement: Obtain QMHP designation within 120 days of hire.

Travel: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed at the standard IRS rate. On-Call: None.
