Management - Radiology Operations (Days)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week No weekend or on-call requirements specified. Personal scrubs; any color.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Operations Manager for a temporary assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The manager will oversee radiology department operations, staffing, clinical performance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and Radiation Oncology operations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct daily radiology department operations and staffing. Oversee Radiation Oncology activities and departmental accreditation requirements. Manage quality assurance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Monitor clinical performance and resource utilization. Address staff performance issues and maintain service and patient safety standards.

Support effective communication and physician relations. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of Radiation Therapy experience . Previous formal management and supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in Radiation Oncology or Business Administration; master's degree preferred. Active ARRT (T) and ARRT (R) certifications, as specified in the facility requirements.

Active Massachusetts Radiology License in hand at submission . Active AHA BLS certification. Meditech Expanse experience preferred. Required Submission Documents: Updated resume with permanent home address and complete work history. Current skills checklist (completed within the past year). One signed supervisory reference from the past two years of employment.

Active Massachusetts Radiology License. ARRT (T) and ARRT (R) certification copies. Active AHA BLS certification.
