About the Role

We’re looking for detail-oriented seasonal team members to help keep our facilities clean, polished, and guest-ready during our busiest time of year. You’ll work closely with our Facility Caretaker Team Lead and a small team to prepare spaces before events, reset them afterward, and keep everything looking its best day to day.

What You’ll Do Keep facilities clean and welcoming: sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and surfaces, restroom upkeep, trash removal, and laundering cleaning rags and towels Detail spaces before events, including furniture and pillow placement, ledges and baseboards, light bulbs and globes Clean thoroughly after events so every area is reset, floors are polished, and trash is removed Help keep flies and other pests under control in the Showbarn, especially ahead of guest visits and events Work as part of a team and communicate with your Team Lead about supplies, scheduling, and task priorities Support other departments with facility-related needs as they come up What We’re Looking For Experience in custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, or facility care work [see note below on years] Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safe cleaning practices A sharp eye for detail and pride in high-quality, consistent results Friendly, professional communication and a team-first attitude Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
