Start of Care (SOC) assessments Supervisory & skilled nursing visits Wound care & wound vac management Tracheostomy care Patient/family education Care coordination & EMR documentation Requirements: Active Michigan RN license 1+ year nursing experience Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Strong assessment and communication skills Home health, wound vac, trach, SOC, or supervisory experience preferred.
