Physical Therapist – Home Health Visits (Contingent) Ameri. Staff Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy visits to patients throughout the Metro Detroit area. This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful one-on-one patient care while maintaining a flexible schedule.

As a Physical Therapist with Ameri. Staff, you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while receiving care in the comfort of their homes. This is a contingent home visit position that offers autonomy, flexibility, and competitive visit-based compensation.

Compensation

Staff Nursing Services Weekly pay Direct deposit One-on-one patient care Flexible scheduling Advanced clinical training opportunities Referral bonus program Opportunities to work close to home Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy services during in-home patient visits across the Metro Detroit area Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety practices Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Comply with all clinical standards, documentation requirements, and HIPAA regulations Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current, valid, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan Minimum of one (1) year of Physical Therapy experience Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and organizational skills About Ameri.
