You'll have cross-functional support, but the ability to bring structure, establish processes, and drive results will be essential to your success. If you combine strong budgeting and accounting knowledge with advanced reporting skills in Power BI and Excel, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on how our Woodridge facility plans, manages, and measures its financial performance.

Drive Process Improvements: Identify gaps in existing financial processes and develop practical, standardized approaches that improve budget management, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Take Initiative and Build Structure: Navigate ambiguity, establish effective processes, and independently drive deliverables forward while collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging available support.

We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Budgeting and Financial Management: Hands-on experience developing, managing, and tracking budgets and finances for a department, business unit, facility, or group. Able to establish a structured budget process and monitor performance throughout the year.
Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial controls. Independence and Ownership: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with limited day-to-day guidance. Comfortable making progress without having every step defined.

Able to turn complex data into clear, useful information. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial results, investigate variances, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
