Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor provides daily leadership and direction to line maintenance mechanics supporting production, packaging, and related manufacturing equipment. This position prioritizes maintenance work, coordinates planned and unplanned repairs, and drives equipment reliability, safety, quality, and operational uptime.

The role partners cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and other support functions to resolve equipment issues, execute improvement projects, and sustain preventive maintenance and compliance programs.
