Questions, concerns, scheduling changes, billing confusion, test results—these moments define trust. The Guest Care Coordinator ensures that every one of those moments is handled with: clarity ownership compassion efficiency This role is critical to: guest satisfaction retention reputation and continuity of care Position Summary The Guest Care Coordinator, commonly referred to as patient services coordinator in general healthcare/hospital settings, supports individuals who are actively receiving care at Rebis by coordinating their ongoing needs and resolving questions quickly and completely.

You are: solving problems coordinating care reducing friction and ensuring guests feel supported throughout their journey What Success Looks Like A high-performing Guest Care Coordinator: resolves issues during the first interaction whenever possible communicates clearly and confidently makes guests feel reassured and supported follows through on every commitment manages multiple tasks without losing accuracy prevents issues from bouncing between departments takes ownership instead of deflecting Core Responsibilities Guest Support & Care Coordination Assist guests with follow-up appointments and rescheduling Coordinate ongoing care needs across providers and departments Provide clear guidance on next steps in care Billing & Financial Support Answer billing and insurance-related questions Help guests understand financial responsibilities Assist with collecting outstanding balances when appropriate Communication & Clinical Coordination Route prescription refill requests appropriately Coordinate communication regarding test results Manage provider messages and clinical requests Ensure clear communication between guests and care teams Documentation & Records Assist with medical records requests Coordinate completion of clinical forms Ensure all guest interactions are documented accurately Digital Communication Respond to portal messages Manage queue messages directed to providers Assist guests with navigating digital tools and systems The Type of Person Who Thrives in This Role This role is best suited for someone who is: calm, steady, and highly organized service-driven and patient-focused detail-oriented and process-minded comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks confident in solving problems without escalation You will thrive in this role if you: enjoy helping people feel supported and reassured take ownership of problems until they are fully resolved communicate clearly and professionally can manage multiple responsibilities without becoming overwhelmed are proactive and follow through consistently take pride in accuracy and completeness You may struggle in this role if you: prefer fast, transactional interactions over problem-solving become overwhelmed when managing multiple tasks avoid taking ownership of issues rely heavily on transferring or escalating problems struggle with attention to detail Required Skills & Experience 1–3+ years of customer service, healthcare, or coordination experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Preferred: experience in healthcare scheduling or coordination experience with patient communication systems or portals experience in hospitality or service-focused roles Behavioral Expectations All Guest Care Coordinators are expected to: operate with a hospitality-first mindset communicate with clarity and empathy take full ownership of guest needs follow through on commitments without exception maintain high responsiveness contribute to a collaborative team environment Department: Concierge Team Reports To: Concierge Team Manager / Supervisor Location: Rebis Headquarters: Longmont Compensation: $21-25 per hour plus monthly bonus program Benefits 401(k) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Unlimited PTO plus Paid Federal Holidays Complimentary Rebis Health Care Access to support your personal health Parental Leave
