Personal Trainer The Mole Resort | North Devon Are you passionate about health, fitness and helping people achieve their goals? The Mole Resort is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainer to join our Leisure Team on a zero-hours basis. Set within the stunning North Devon countryside, The Mole Resort offers guests and members a memorable leisure experience, including a fully equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, fitness classes and wellness facilities.

We are seeking a Personal Trainer who can inspire, motivate and deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

About the Role

Deliver safe, effective and engaging one-to-one personal training sessions. Conduct fitness assessments and create personalised training programmes. Support members and guests in achieving their health and fitness goals. Promote personal training services and contribute to membership retention. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and professionalism within the fitness facilities.

Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with guests and members. Assist with gym inductions and general supervision of the fitness suite.

About You

Holds a Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential). Has previous experience working as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor. Possesses excellent communication and motivational skills. Demonstrates a passion for health, fitness and wellbeing. Is confident working independently and as part of a team. Holds an up-to-date First Aid qualification (desirable).

Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
