About the Role

As Sports & Rec Sylvia Park’s Venue Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall venue operation, leading your team to deliver great experiences while driving strong operational and commercial performance. You’ll thrive in a busy, high-energy environment and be confident leading across all areas of the business. With strong leadership, a passion for hospitality and a solid commercial mindset, you’ll know how to build a high-performing team, deliver consistently great service and keep the venue running smoothly when things get busy.

You’ll be across the people, service and numbers that keep Sports & Rec performing at its best.
