Job Summary

Manage and develop the company’s technology infrastructure while ensuring system and network stability, supporting the operation of SAP S/4HANA systems, securing company data, and enhancing overall technical operational efficiency. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. Ensure system security and data protection.

Monitor technical issues and respond to emergencies and system failures. Manage backup systems and disaster recovery plans. Provide technical support to users and various departments. Manage contracts with technical support vendors and service providers. Develop IT enhancement and digital transformation plans. Supervise the Information Systems / IT team.

Manage and operate the company’s SAP S/4HANA environment. Administer SAP Basis and monitor system performance, authorizations, and backup processes. Required Computer Skills / Systems Windows Server VMware ESXi SQL Server Microsoft 365 Firewall & Network Monitoring Tools SAP S/4HANA SAP Basis Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) System stability and downtime reduction.

Response and issue resolution time. SAP operational efficiency. Backup readiness and reliability. Cybersecurity performance level. Internal user satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory . Experience in network administration , VPN management , and backup solutions . Hands-on experience with VMware and virtualization technologies. Strong background in Cybersecurity and Information Security . Previous experience in industrial companies or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA system administration . Strong expertise in SAP Basis administration .
