About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. This role is primarily administrative, with a strong focus on employee onboarding, contract administration, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all required documentation is completed and filed.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage employment contracts, including renewals and amendments.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
  • Liaise with employees regarding administrative queries and employment documentation.
  • Collect and process employee tax receipts and supporting documentation, forwarding information to the Payroll team where appropriate.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Coordinate administrative processes related to employee lifecycle events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
  • Support the HR and Operations teams with general administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience in HR administration or employment contract administration would be advantageous.
  • Ability to read and understand employment contracts and related documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and approachable with strong client and employee relationship skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
