Field Trainer

Dunkin' is seeking an energetic and motivated In-Store Field Trainer to support restaurant teams through hands-on coaching, operational training, and technology education.

On floor in-store work required throughout the week and on weekends as needed.

Position Summary

The In-Store Field Trainer plays a key role in ensuring team members and managers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position provides training in restaurant operations, customer service, food safety, and company technology platforms, including website and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging in-store training for new and existing team members. Coach employees on Dunkin' operational standards, food safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Support the onboarding and development of employees. Conduct restaurant assessments and identify training opportunities. Train staff on company technology platforms, including: Online ordering systems Store websites and digital platforms POS systems and kiosk technology Mobile app functionality Basic troubleshooting and IT support procedures Assist with website updates, digital menu management, and technology rollouts.

Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across multiple locations. Track training progress and provide feedback to leadership teams. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or training experience preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills. Comfortable teaching technology and digital tools to team members of varying skill levels. Experience with POS systems, websites, online ordering platforms, or basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
