Job Description: As a Sushi Line Cook, you will help prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls to be sold in our store, as well as help customers with any made-to-order or special requests. You will work alongside experienced sushi chefs, learning traditional techniques and perfecting your craft in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

Prepare ingredients, including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other menu items to recipe and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while following food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely preparation Requirements: 1+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in a sushi or Japanese restaurant Basic knife skills and familiarity with sushi products Collective customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting Preferred Qualifications: Experience working as a line cook Food preparation experience
