Direct Support Professional (2nd Shift) Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Hours & Shifts: 2nd Shift. Full time; work hours vary by location (see bottom of description) Starting Pay: $16.75/hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential on weekends.

About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide primary support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, while fostering a teaching relationship that encourages healthy and productive personal growth, community inclusion, creativity, and independence.

of the Role Promote and support the appropriate level of independent living; which may include teaching, oversight, and hands-on assistance with the activities of daily living Encourage an individual’s engagement in social and community activities as well as appropriate physical/wellness activities Ensure an individual’s health and safety needs are being met Commit to being part of a team that creates and sustains a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture.
