Hands-on HVAC installation experience Previous experience as a Lead HVAC Installer or independently running HVAC installations preferred Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment Working knowledge of ductwork and HVAC system installation Ability to independently complete HVAC installations from start to finish Strong HVAC troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field EPA Section 608 Certification Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate HVAC installation tools and equipment Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with HVAC installation work Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lead projects, take initiative, and work independently Dependable and accountable approach to completing quality work Interest in long-term employment and career growth Cincy Heating & Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
