Electrical Engineer

Position Summary

Work collaboratively to meet goals for the design and creation of products contributing to the overall success of Hana. Develop inline and offline RF test characterization processes to support the manufacturing of RFID products.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Previous experience in RFID applications as Functional Test or RF Engineer preferred. Prior manufacturing experience (microelectronic manufacturing preferred). Essential Job Functions: Electrical Engineer supporting RFID & other product lines Drive validation tasks at various launch stages Organize & Execute test plans for functionality and reliability of RFID products.

Coordinate tech resources for test setup, component validation & data collection Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create test system fixtures or improvements Supports field troubleshooting calls related to RFID & other Hana products Overseeing the start of manufacturing process to ensure productivity and safety Testing and reporting of new product designs for manufacturing and reliability.

Selecting equipment and tooling to support manufacturing processes Evaluate, purchase, and install RF test equipment. Lead failure analysis process to drive product improvements. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Detail oriented & driven to complete assigned tasks on time Superior organization & problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of Python, Labview, CAD, & CAM software Electrical schematic design.

Advanced analytical & strong project management skills Ability to work in a cross-functional team in a dynamic working environment including international team members Creative thinking –ability to develop & create new ideas, systems, & relationships for the success of Hana Analyze information & evaluate results to make the best decision in solving problems Ability to identify new opportunities & exploit them to the benefit of Hana Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal & written communication skills Other duties as assigned Physical Abilities (ex: standing, pulling, include duration) Ability to navigate all production areas & stand for long periods of time
