Stand for long periods Proper use of butcher knife/wizard knives/meat hooks Trimming raw meat Operate pallet jack to move combos Operate Holac Dicer Operate Tiromat Operate Hauptmann Operate Rotoclaw Operate Injector Operate Tumblers Quality Controls Safety Teamwork Other duties deemed necessary by management Machine Operator Product Specs Basic supervision of an area Training of new employees Increase Productivity Maintain High Quality Standards Clean floors Empty trash / change bags Wash Combos / Tables / Conveyors Pick up meat off of the floor to discard Clean drains Fill Soap and Towels Dispenser Use of Chemicals Use of hot water QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. In the event of a food safety issue, the employee is to report the issue to QA Management (QA Supervisor or QA Manager). Should the QA Manager be absent from the plant, the employee should escalate the issue to the Director of Technical Service, the Director of Operations, or the EVP of Operations. If your direct supervisor/manager is absent from the plant, please refer to the Director of Technical Services, Director of Operations, or VP of Operations.
