Insurance Operations Coordinator

As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting prospective and renewal accounts throughout the policy life cycle. You will help ensure that account servicing is accurate, timely, and aligned with established procedures and customer standards. In this role, you will manage tasks such as submission set-up, account analysis, reporting and tracking of written business and assigned work items, while also monitoring system issues and assisting with testing resolutions.
