Business Banking Treasury Specialist

Provides advanced operational and client support to the Business and Community Banking team, with a primary focus on customer service and cash management (treasury) functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for business members, delivering an exceptional service experience while supporting treasury services, account maintenance, and complex client requests.

Operates with a high level of independence and accountability, partnering with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure the timely resolution of issues and the effective delivery of cash management solutions. This role is cross-trained in loan servicing, loan closing, and portfolio management functions, providing flexible support across the business banking platform.
