Pay: $17-$19/hour (base plus tips - $17-$19/hour guaranteed)

• Pay may exceed this amount during high volume, high tip days. Job description: Steve’s Smash is hiring Burger Experts! Join our team and help us serve delicious, properly cooked burgers that look as good as they taste. This role is a hybrid front of house and back of house role - so you must be willing to cook and handle customer service. What You’ll Do Cook burgers to our quality and food safety standards. Assemble burgers with the correct toppings and condiments. Plate burgers according to our presentation standards. Check each order for accuracy, proper cooking, and presentation before serving. Keep your work area clean and organized. Work with the team to keep orders moving efficiently. What We’re Looking For Attention to detail and pride in preparing quality food. A dependable team player with a positive attitude. Professional attitude and bubbly personality Ability to follow recipes, food safety procedures, and presentation guidelines. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
