• Thursday - 11:00 am to 7:30 pm Pay Range: $ 33.15 - $ 40.00 Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Dining Services, the Dining Room Manager, is responsible for management of dining room service in the manner most pleasing to residents and their guests. Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining room. Supervises and trains dining room staff. Manage within budgetary restraints. Assists in all aspects of the Dining Services Program. Sets goals, objectives and priorities to establish department direction and purpose. Relies on experience, judgment and departmental policy to plan and accomplish goals. Provides an overall excellent dining experience to all levels of care by performing the following duties. Competencies and skills: Essential: * Must be able to function effectively with no supervision * Must be able to plan, organize, prioritize and implement work assignments efficiently * Must be able to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately * Must be able to understand, follow, support and initiate policies and procedures Credentials: Essential: * Serv.
